The PTA Nominating Committee is currently taking nominations for board members

If you are interested in any position on the board and wish to help plan events such as the Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Bowling, Family Fun Nights & Santa Breakfast, or know of a dedicated, qualified parent who would be interested in being nominated for the position, let us know.

Information packets are now available to all interested candidates in the main office of

 K.E. Taylor Elementary or available on the school’s web site.

Have you heard the news?! KE Taylor PTA is award winning!

The PTA at Taylor works very hard for our children, school and staff and it shows. This summer the KE Taylor PTA won several awards on the national and state level for all of their efforts including:

-The Hearst Family-School Partnership Award

There is only one of these awards given out each year in the state for excelling in meeting the six national standards.

Outstanding Principal Award – Ms. Paula Cobb was one of five recipients to earn this award.  Ms. Cobb earned this for award for being an outstanding leader and supporter of the PTA
Membership Challenge in 2014 –   We earned $1,000 for our unit, plus National recognition.  KE Taylor was the only school in the state of Georgia to win this award at the National PTA convention in Texas.
