Reflections welcomes all grades and abilities to explore and be involved in the arts. Annually, thousands of students will reflect on a common theme and create original works of art in the categories of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts.
“The world would be a better place if….” is the theme for the 2014-2015 Reflections. This theme by Mercedes Messer of Puyallup, Washington was selected through the Reflections Theme Search Contest. When asked what inspired her theme, Mercedes said, “Our world, because I care about it and wanted to know other kids’ ideas on how we could make it a better place.”

Come make memories with the PTA!
The PTA at Taylor works very hard for our children, school and staff and it shows. This summer the KE Taylor PTA won several awards on the national and state level for all of their efforts including:
-The Hearst Family-School Partnership Award
There is only one of these awards given out each year in the state for excelling in meeting the six national standards.
1. Welcoming All Families
2. Sharing Powers
3. Communicating Effectively
4. Supporting Student Success
5. Speaking Up for Every Child
6. Collaborating with Community
Many “THANKS” from the K.E. Taylor PTA for the support and dedication for our students and programs throughout the 2013-2014 school year. Without your support, the many programs and events provided for our students would not exist. We appreciate our parents, families, staff, administration, business and community partners and friends for your continued support into the next school year. Please review the manythanksforsupportingevents!!!
